The customer service has been excellent. They readily return my phone calls and meet with me whenever necessary. Calls and emails are always answered timely. John goes above and beyond what is asked of him, even giving me a gift card when I visited him at his office due to my loyalty over the years. I recently had my roof replaced and he helped me through this entire process without any problems occurring. When my vehicles have broken down and a tow was needed, he helped me with that too, including immediately reimbursing me for the tows. I will never have a different agent than John. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. The customer service is very poor and far from professional. It is nearly impossible to get timely assistance, and reaching John—who is supposed to be my point of contact—has proven to be a constant struggle. Calls and emails go unanswered, and when I do get through, the service feels rushed and unhelpful. For the amount of money invested across all these policies, I expected reliability and support. Instead, I’ve encountered frustration and a lack of accountability. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to carefully weigh their options before trusting them with something as important as insurance."
